A graduate of the University of Ottawa, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences with a specialization in Criminology, Stéphanie has built a career focused on precision, analysis, and client service.
With over 15 years of experience in complex and multidisciplinary professional environments, including roles as an enforcement officer for Environment Canada and a police officer with the RCMP, she stands out for her ability to handle priorities, remain calm under pressure, and meticulously follow up on files.
Her exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail ensure that every client file is handled with accuracy and efficiency. Resourceful and proactive, she adapts quickly to administrative challenges and contributes to delivering an excellent client experience.
